Topics: Economic history with a focus on environmental economic history; more generally, any topic in economic history is welcome.
Requirements: There are no formal requirements. Theses are expected to be empirical and to make use of data.
Procedure: Students are ideally expected to come with a topic in mind or at least a general area of interest. Alternatively, they may inquire whether topics are currently available. The thesis must be written in Overleaf, with the supervisor having access to the folder. All data and accompanying code (R preferred, Stata also acceptable) must be submitted no later than with the final thesis submission.
